I can agree with your points about Focus. It’s true that you always get more of what you focus on in life. The problem is, it is so easy to forget this, and slip back to subconsciously focussing on things you shouldn’t be. Drinking is most definitely an example of a bad focus.
I am graduating from a 4 month treatment facility tomorrow. I want to STAY sober!!!

“I am trapped every night, i can not leave my house, i am a single parent, i will not leave my children, i wont drink spirts or wines any more as they cause anxiety. i love drinking beer, but it makes me fat – i run every day, but it only pauses the weight gain. I am trapped and bored every night and enjoy beer with tv, films xbox and Google of course. When i am at home at night when kids are in bed and dont drink, i am bored frustrated and cant sleep. tryed replacing it, nothing works. Help!
